My company invited a couple of their largest customers and guests to attend the BNI Chariots Ascot Day out, as a corporate event and to show them our appreciation of their business, which Routemaster Hire had organised. The day was an absolute winner and my customers thoroughly enjoyed themselves, even though it was an early start. But at 8.30am at the Verulam Golf Club when a shiny 1966 London Routemaster arrived we were all immediately greeted with a glass of Prosecco and welcomed aboard by Bernice and her driver Chris.
The journey there and back was just as memorable as a day at the races itself and can’t wait for the next one. I wanted to email and thank your team and Sarah the guide for a thoroughly enjoyable tour around London, the sun came out and we all had great views from the top deck. Everyone said how much they enjoyed the tour and Sarah’s commentary as well.
I would also like to thank your team for turning around and coming back when one of my colleagues realised he had left his laptop on the bus, it was very much appreciated.

As a British wooden toy designer (with a French name and owner!) – we were very excited to hire a Routemaster bus because we make a wooden toy version (complete with Boris the bus driver).
Planning via email & phone was easy and straightforward. They advised with the route planning to fit in with what we were interested in.
We made use of the Champagne Service & pre-ordered bubbly & water from their local Majestic – which was delivered to Routemaster – ready chilled with plastic flutes when we boarded the bus.
Using their help we got a great Blue Badge guide (with a microphone) to give us a fun & interesting bus tour for our UK & international guests, with stop offs as requested (we even had a 90 minute stop off at the Tower of London).
Together with Dave on the door & Chris in the driver’s cab we were very well looked after.
All very punctual & they were flexible too.
To celebrate our company ‘s 20th Anniversary we created artwork for the advertising boards – so it really felt like ‘our bus’ for the day.
Yes, I would thoroughly recommend www.routemasterhire.com – we gave them 5 out of 5!

Conference Bus Hire

The Conference Bus Hire was booked to transport delegates from the City to central London for our conference. This is the 2nd year we have used them – that should tell you how good they are! This year we added the advertising boards to the sides of the buses and they looked superb. Would not hesitate to use them again and will be next year!
